I was born in Louisville, KY living an ideal childhood, then I moved to Frankfort as a teenager where I learned about boys, rock-n-roll and Bourbon! My college years at the University of KY amplified my desire for theatrics, leading me to a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Theatre.
It was apparent my personality needed to breakout of the Bluegrass and discover the world - so I moved to Los Angeles in 1992. What was I thinking?! I was young and naïve but it became clear that this was my destiny. I have been blessed with loyal friendships and supportive peers. And the rest, well....is still happening!
Starting out as a blossoming actress I immediately fell in love with comedy. I co-formed a sketch & improv group, dabbled in stand-up and said yes to every indie film that would cast me. Realizing I was a terrible waitress and needing to pay bills, I was fortunate to land a receptionist job at 525 Post Production, which would forever change my life. Over the course of decades I have traversed through all aspects of filmmaking - from development, producing live action production, post production and distribution. My live event experience includes everything from producing comedy shows, plays, and non-profit fundraisers to even managing the finances for a Las Vegas show! I have won directing awards for music videos and a short film. I am currently developing and selling television and streaming content. Soon I will explore writing my first screenplay!
